So, was given the Child Inventory List on my STBAS today. It talks about bio-mom's mental health issues. In it, it mentioned she had a GAF score of 48. I am a medical profession but didn't know what that meant, so I googled. Here is what I found for her score level! WOW!!! Explains soooo...

We are just starting PRIDE classes and despite a background in social work that included an internship in a foster care agency, I still feel some anxiety about the unknown. Obviously, the classes will help with some of that, but in reading these forums, I've come to realize there is a lot we will...Got my forever!

I only posted bits and pieces here, but yesterday we finalized our adoption of our baby girl! She is 14 months old and we got her from the hospital at 3 days old. A roller coaster case.
