Communication with LOs bmom - Advice please

I've been trying to have more openness with LOs bmom. Most of our communication has been one sided - I share, she receives. It's not optimal, but I've accepted it and allowed that she does what she's comfortable with. Last week, LOs little brother was born and on Saturday he was placed with us....Update

Baby did not get discharged today as bio mon wanted one more day to bond and establish breastfeeding. That we know of, no real drug use to speak of. Urine will tell us more. Met bio mom and bio dad (they are together.) They were both very appropriate (for 45 min) but there was DV just last week....
CPS involvement with "replacement" kids?

We found out a relative who's lost several kids to foster care (then adoption) is expecting their 9th child. When she lost the first group, she said she would have more and did, hence "replacement" kids in the title. The odds of her being able to parent several children under 3 years old in a safe...What do you say to the naysayers?

We all know we are supposed to support RU, although there are often times we know it's not right for the child. But more often than not, I think we do support RU. For Bumblebee's parents, he was removed for low IQ (there was some drug use but not the reason for removal)...parents have been together...
