Rights are OFFICIALLY terminated :) They are legally free for adoption! woot woot! Judge says finalization will be around Nov 7th. I hope its done by then as we leave for our first family vacation on Nov 17th :) Now we have to wait out the 60 day appeal period, I don't think anyone will appeal....
