Hi my name is Devan and I am trying to find my half-brother. I do not have much info about him but what I do know is -My mom named him Jeffery! (His name was changed when he was adopted.) -He was born on Feb. 15, 1993. -He was born in Salt Lake City Utah at the fhp Hospital. -My mom's name is Iris Hayes/Bloomquist/Anderson. (I am not sure what last name she would of had then) I would really like to find him! I would really like to get to know my brother. If anyone has any informantin from what I was able to provide PLEASE let me know! I know this is a long shot but if I don't try I will never even have a chance of finding him! Please helP!
