Hi my name is Devan and I am trying to find my half-brother. I do not have much info about him but what I do know is
-My mom named him Jeffery! (His name was changed when he was adopted.)
-He was born on Feb. 15, 1993.
-He was born in Salt Lake City Utah at the fhp Hospital.
-My mom's name is Iris Hayes/Bloomquist/Anderson. (I am not sure what last name she would of had then)
I would really like to find him! I would really like to get to know my brother. If anyone has any informantin from what I was able to provide PLEASE let me know! I know this is a long shot but if I don't try I will never even have a chance of finding him! Please helP! I would love to get to know him! Thank you!

My name is Christy. I was born at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix AZ as baby girl Hawley on March 22, 1971. I was put up for adoption through Jewish Family adoption services. I am hoping to meet my birth mom. I was given items that my adopted parents gave to me that were from my birth family. My birth mom was very young when she gave birth around 15 years old. I would love to get to know my birth family and learn about my background. Thank you so much.
